Data protection is not an afterthought: it is at the very core of Klikage's architecture.
Facial age estimation is computed locally, on the visitor's device. No image, no biometric template is sent to Klikage, Pikali or your shop. Only the result (adult / minor) is used.
We only keep anonymous technical logs (date, method, result) for proof and credit billing. No data allowing biometric identification of a person is stored.
When ID verification is enabled, it is operated by an approved KYC partner (Didit) that assumes GDPR processing responsibility for this step. Documents do not pass through your shop.
If you handle a manual request with documents, they are stored securely (restricted access) and automatically destroyed after validation or rejection.
